Work Safe No Gap Physiotherapy or Chiropractic – what can I expect?

No Gap Physiotherapists and Chiropractors in Docklands are not easy to come by, so in order to fulfill the needs of those who cannot work, and therefore cannot afford healthcare we work with WorkSafe Victoria to provide a service that costs the consumer nothing out of pocket. This way you can be sure you will be looked after and don't have to worry about the financial burden.

Our physiotherapists and Chiropractors at Docklands Health are trained in ultrasound, dry needling, soft tissue massage, deep massage and how to assess, diagnose and treat a variety of work-related injuries. For example: carpel tunnel, neck soreness, headaches or low back pain.

What will you do when you book to see our No Gap Work cover Physio and Chiro?

1.  In order to receive treatment under Workcover you will need to have evidence of claim approval and a claim number at the time of your first appointment
2. Work Cover insurance will not cover the entire fee of our standard appointments, however as a show of good faith we offer no gap physiotherapy and chiropractic with workcover patients so that we can help you get your life back.
3. We require some initial forms to be filled out including permission to send personal information to work cover and standard initial consultation paperwork.
4. If your health insurance required a medical report we will need to have formal contact from them before proceeding to write the report.
