Brittany Talbot

Brittany Talbot


Brittany grew up in regional Victoria before relocating to Melbourne to study Chiropractic. Having always been interested in health and wellness, she discovered Chiropractic after experiencing neck pain whilst working in a factory and has enjoyed the benefits of Chiropractic ever since.

Sarah Thornton


Remedial Massage Therapist & Reflexologist

Claire is a vitality expert and offers holistic integrated tailored treatment for each unique individual. The treatments combine physical and energetic therapies - massage, reflexology, specialised bodywork, aromatherapy oils and counselling and she is passionate about getting to the root cause of dis-ease. Claire listens deeply and offers guidance and healing to allow whatever is unfolding for you to be held. With over 30 years industry experience in holistic health and wellness and a commitment to evolutionary living, you can relax and know that you are fully supported.


PIlates Instructor

Dee is also a qualified Fitness Instructor and Massage Therapist and has been in the health and well being industry for 12 years!

Dee has been involved in fitness and well being most of her life. She has found first hand the benefits of Pilates and the difference it can make in keeping the body strong and the mind calm.

Matt Elphick

Personal Trainer

Matt has a working history in industry-leading health clubs. Working with Allied Health Professionals to deliver a holistic approach to physical wellness.

Matt works alongside the team at Docklands Health. Offering our patients the time they need to understand how to exercise. Ensuring they use the correct techniques.

Michael Edgley


Michael holds a Post Doctorate in Chiropractic Neuro Rehabilitation.  This qualification gives Michael the skills and knowledge to fulfill his special interest in dealing with more complex cases, particularly patients that experience the neuromusculoskeletal presentations of balance disorders, dizziness, vertigo, and migraines. 

Jodie Ling



Having studied Myotherapy at RMIT University, Jodie regularly uses muscle testing, cupping, dry needling and rock-taping in her treatments, and also practises manual lymphatic drainage, reiki, abdominal massage and esoteric acupuncture.



Yoga Instructor

Aimee Ngo is a qualified 200 RYT yoga instructor through Byron Yoga Centre. Her foundation in teaching is on teaching safely, with a focus on postural alignment and linking movement with breath.

Aimee’s classes combine her varied practice grounded in Iyengar alignment, with flows and breath from the Ashtanga style vinyasa practice. She has a passion to share her love of yoga with others.

Adam Plausinaitis


Adam has a Doctor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne, as well as a Bachelor of Arts-Psychology studied at the City University of New York: Hunter College. Adam’s special interests include musculosketal rehabilitation especially on the shoulder and spine, back pain, gym-related injuries, and clinical Pilates.

Malcolm Winstanley-Cross


Malcolm is a highly experienced AHPRA registered psychologist who has worked and lived in Australia, the UK, The Netherlands and the US. He brings a uniquely collaborative approach to his work with clients. Malcolm is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and as a former Chair, he is a Chartered Life Member of the Division of Counselling Psychology with the British Psychological Society.

Cam Johnson


Cam has a large focus of his work with clients is the behavioural aspect of eating. This includes goal setting, meal planning, consideration of meals and snacks that fit within an individual's lifestyle and health condition. This includes how and why clients eat, to assist them in knowing what to put in their shopping basket and what goes on their plate.
