Carla Cerra
Chiropractor
Carla has had a passion for health and the human body from a young age. Through participation in sports, she managed to injure herself at times and found herself under the care of many allied health practitioners. Through her treatments her interest in natural health and helping others grew. This lead to her studying Chiropractic at University where she graduated with a double degree in Chiropractic.
Claire
Remedial Massage Therapist & Reflexologist
Claire is a vitality expert and offers holistic integrated tailored treatment for each unique individual. The treatments combine physical and energetic therapies - massage, reflexology, specialised bodywork, aromatherapy oils and counselling and she is passionate about getting to the root cause of dis-ease. Claire listens deeply and offers guidance and healing to allow whatever is unfolding for you to be held. With over 30 years industry experience in holistic health and wellness and a commitment to evolutionary living, you can relax and know that you are fully supported.
Malcolm Winstanley-Cross
Psychologist
Malcolm is a highly experienced AHPRA registered psychologist who has worked and lived in Australia, the UK, The Netherlands and the US. He brings a uniquely collaborative approach to his work with clients. Malcolm is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and as a former Chair, he is a Chartered Life Member of the Division of Counselling Psychology with the British Psychological Society.

Michael Edgley
Chiropractor
Michael holds a Post Doctorate in Chiropractic Neuro Rehabilitation. This qualification gives Michael the skills and knowledge to fulfill his special interest in dealing with more complex cases, particularly patients that experience the neuromusculoskeletal presentations of balance disorders, dizziness, vertigo, and migraines.
Jodie
Myotherapist
Having studied Myotherapy at RMIT University, Jodie regularly uses muscle testing, cupping, dry needling, and rock-taping in her treatments, and also practices manual lymphatic drainage, reiki, abdominal massage, and esoteric acupuncture.
Jodie enjoys working with her clients to allow their bodies to function at their optimal level. She has worked closely with a range of athletes, including professional gridiron and basketball teams, as well as circus performers.
In her spare time, Jodie enjoys practicing circus arts and studying anatomy. She is excited to apply her interests to her study of Chiropractic at RMIT from 2017.
Cam Johnson
Dietitian
Cam has a large focus of his work with clients is the behavioural aspect of eating. This includes goal setting, meal planning, consideration of meals and snacks that fit within an individual's lifestyle and health condition. This includes how and why clients eat, to assist them in knowing what to put in their shopping basket and what goes on their plate.
Matt Elphick
Personal Trainer
Matt has a working history in industry-leading health clubs. Working with Allied Health Professionals to deliver a holistic approach to physical wellness.
Matt works alongside the team at Docklands Health. Offering our patients the time they need to understand how to exercise. Ensuring they use the correct techniques.
Maryam Dadvar
Physiotherapist
Maryam studied Physiotherapy at the University of Applied Sciences in Amsterdam. Prior to that, she received a BSc degree in Physical Education and Sport Sciences and an MSc in Special Needs Education from Tehran Azad University. Maryam is also qualified in Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates.
Laura
Remedial Massage
Laura’s treatments are tailored to each client to restore optimal function, while easing and eliminating muscular pains. Having completed her studies at Victoria University, Laura enjoys using a methodical approach to treatment - helping clients to understand the role of each targeted muscle, and prevent further injury. Laura’s passion for massage stems from an 8-year background in spa and beauty therapy. This also allows for a possible Ayurvedic approach. Together, clients can decide which their body responds best to.
Currently a Myotherapy student, Laura wishes to explore the world of manual therapy deeper, to enhance her work further. Her favourite areas to study are functional anatomy and the science behind pain.
Dee
Pilates Instructor
Dee is also a qualified Fitness Instructor and Massage Therapist and has been in the health and well-being industry for 12 years!
Dee has been involved in fitness and well-being most of her life. She has found first-hand the benefits of Pilates and the difference it can make in keeping the body strong and the mind calm.
