Having a Master's in Counselling from Monash University, Khushi, as an integrative psychotherapist, employs a comprehensive range of psychological frameworks to offer personalised, evidence-based care. Drawing on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Theory, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, she tailors her approach to address the unique needs of each client.

Her focus remains on fostering emotional growth and resilience by providing a collaborative and safe space for clients to explore their challenges. Through this integrative approach, she aims to empower individuals to achieve meaningful and lasting change in their mental health and overall well-being.
